We can confirm that we will not be continuing with the organisation of the wedding show at Oatlands Park Hotel, Ascot Racecourse or Painshill Park in 2008. We have worked hard to develop these event over the past years and have enjoyed our time at these venues
Our 2008 program of wedding shows continues to grow, with a selection of venues who work with us to promote weddings and the companies who participate at these events.
Statement by Celebrated Affairs. June 2007 Be aware of someone trading as our company name. It has been brought to our attention that a company who intend on
organising wedding shows are now calling themselves Celebrated Affairs
Ltd. and have registered websites.
This company has absolutely no connection or affiliation with our
company and should not be confused with the service we provide and have provided
for the past 14 years.
We consider this an unprofessional, unscrupulous and
blatant attempt by them to confuse the wedding industry by trying to pass
themselves off as our company and cash in on our goodwill and reputation.
We hope you appreciate our efforts to
clarify this situation and take this opportunity to thank you for your overwhelming messages of support.
Statement by Celebrated Affairs - February 2007 Over the past 4 years we have had an increasing number of exhibitors contact us in relation to the accuracy of information supplied by companies organising wedding exhibitions. We have therefore provided a full statement in our prospectus, in an attempt to provide a guideline for companies booking exhibition spaces.

Exhibitors should receive written confirmation covering all the above aspects of an exhibition.
NEVER BOOK AN EXHIBITION SPACE BEFORE YOU SEE FULL INFORMATION IN WRITING.
DON'T BE TEMPTED TO PAY ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BECAUSE YOU MIGHT LOOSE A SPACE!
ALWAYS ASK THE ORGANISER FOR THE CONTACT NUMBERS OF AT LEAST 3 COMPANIES WHO ATTENDED THE LAST SHOW
"We have spoken to numerous companies who have been totally mislead and have participated in exhibitions where they have had a bad experience.
We've heard of 14 photogaphers at one show 16 brides attending an exhibition No advertising of an exhibition Inflating bridal attendance figures Charging entrance fees without giving warning - and many other situations.
"Don't be pushed into exhibiting - do your research before you book any shows - can you afford to waste your time, money and credability ?"
